Scott Hammack

Scott J. Hammack, CEO of Active@AnyAge, is a proven leader and entrepreneur. Mr. Hammack has created over $335 million in market capitalization in the past 13 years through two ventures in healthcare and technology, MasterChart, Inc. and Cyberguard Corporation (NASDAQ:CGFW).

Mr. Hammack started MasterChart in the basement of his Illinois home in 1992 at the age of 26.  MasterChart developed an electronic medical product, attracted $10 million in capital from Harris Corporation in1996, created several innovative software applications and, in May 2000, was acquired by Allscripts, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDRX) for $125 million.

In January 2001, Scott was brought in as Chairman and CEO of Cyberguard Corporation to perform a turn-around. Cyberguard had been de-listed from the NASDAQ Exchange and had a pending SEC investigation and class action lawsuit. With less than $1 million in cash and a market capitalization of only $15 million, the company was nearing bankruptcy. Over the course of the three year turn-around, Cyberguard became the technology leader in network security solutions to Fortune 100 companies and governments worldwide.  The company was re-listed on the NASDAQ Exchange, settled its class action lawsuit, accumulated $15 million in cash and grew its market capitalization to $225 million. The company was profitable in 10 of the 12 quarters Mr. Hammack was leading Cyberguard and in his last year at Cyberguard, revenue was up 50% over the prior year.

Paul Lazarre

Paul E. Lazarre is President of Active@AnyAge. Mr. Lazarre is a multi-faceted executive with more than 14 years of entrepreneurial experience. Over the past 4 years, Mr. Lazarre has served on the Board and provided strategic and operational management to several technology startups including LEAP Real Estate Systems and FiveSight Technology, Inc. With his leadership these companies have shown tremendous growth. FiveSight was recognized by Deloitte and Touch Rising Star award in 2003 and the Chicago Software Association Rising Star award in 2004. Concurrently, Mr. Lazarre has provided strategic consulting services to companies such as Scott and White Healthcare and Coldwell Banker. Prior to this, Mr. Lazarre was Group Vice-President of Sales at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (NASDAQ:MDRX). Under Mr. Lazarre's leadership, his sales team enclosed Allscripts' largest electronic medical record and the largest Pharma-based electronic prescribing contract to date. Mr. Lazarre joined Allscripts when it acquired MasterChart on March 2000 for $125 million. Paul was Executive Vice President of Operations at MasterChart. He was a key leader growing MasterChart from infancy to successful acquisition. Paul is completing his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois.
